We have designed and developed compression type crimping machines for proper crimping of the clamps, connectors and conductor hardwares i.e. dead end and Midspan Joints suitable for various sizes of ACSR/AAAC conductor from 0.03 Weasel to 0.5 Moose.
We assure that conductor material and clamp material is so homogeneously crimped that resultant cross sectional area of the joint is such that the border between conductor surface area and clamp body area can hardly be noticed.
We have also designed and developed portable jaw type crimping machine suitable for crimping of bus connectors and equipment connectors with extended type hose pipe arrangement.
